Otro excelente ejemplo de esta nueva camada de post rock/j-pop japones; La Teoría de la Relatividad es la traducción del nombre de esta nueva banda formada en Tokyo en el 2006. Pop infeccioso como pocos, con lineas netamente rokeras y melodías influenciadas por la electrónica. Definitivamente un sonido relativo.

Another excellent example of this new wave of post rock/j-pop coming out of Japan; Theory of relativity is the translated name of this new band from Tokyo formed in 2006. Infectious pop with rock lines and electronica influenced melodies. A relative sound indeed.

Sakana! Action!

Me sorprendio mucho esta banda de los chicos multi-faceticos de Sapporo, Sakana Action. Navega a lo largo de las lineas de post-rock, new wave pop y electronica. Hay inclusive un par de guiños a Queen en alguna de sus melodías (ver ante-ultimo track para un momento a lo Bohemian Rapsody). ¡Altamente recomendado!

i was amusingly surprised by these multi-faceted cats from Sapporo. runs beautifully along the lines of post-rock, new wave pop and electronica. there's even hints of Queen on their melodies (see second to last track for a Bohemian Rapsody moment). Highly recommended band!

Es el nombre de esta interesante nueva banda de Japón. Post rock cósmico con vocalista femenina. Nada cursi ni solo para entendidos. De hecho, muy recomendado!

School Food Punishment is the name of this interesting new band from Japan. Cosmic post rock with a female vocalist. Nothing cheesy or only for people in the known. In fact, highly recommended!
