Irremplazables

Hoy un clásico de clásicos, si los hay. 'Tim' de "Los Reemplazos", un infaltable en la discografia universitaria de los 90's. El mejor ejemplo de este j'ne-seis-quai de los chicos de Minneapolis, una mezcla entre 80's pop, punk y indie rock que inspiro a mas de uno (Green Day, Nirvana, y dicen que hasta La Polla misma era fanática de su sonido!). Si no sabias, ahora sabes. Escuchale!

Today a classic amongst classics, if there's any this is one. Tim from The Replacements, a must for every college kid in the late 80's/early 90's. This album is the best example of this I-dont-know-what from the Minneapolis guys; a mix between 80's pop, punk and indie rock that inspired quite a few people (Green Day and Nirvana amongst them). Little Red

Little Red is a little Australian rock band that's caught my ear last year with their Coca-Cola single. Really nice sound. Australian rockers always manage to create that sound that makes you really feel the friendship between the musicians, the good vibes of just a few friends playing a few good jams. In this case, they're great. Reminiscent of the young Beatles and Beach Boys. And that's saying a lot.

Little Red es una pequeña banda de rock Australiana que me llamo la atencion a fines del año pasado con su single, Coca Cola. Muy buen sonido que promete mucho. Los rockeros australianos por alguna razon siempre logran crear un sonido que te hace sentir la amistad entre los musicos, las buenas vibras que trae estar con amigos zapando una tarde de verano. En este caso, son temasos pero la onda es esa misma. Guarda semejanza con unos Beatles y los Beach Boys en sus años mozos. Y eso ya es decir mucho.
